The one that I am really using powerfully is Commuicate powerfully be at my internship you are working with little children and you have to really communicate with them or they don't understand. The one that I'm deveopling is think critically becuase with the children you really have to think on there level or you won't understand what they are talking about. All of them because wit those leadership skills they all tie in with working with children. My role as student is sitting in a classroom and doing work your teacher asign to you. As a intern you are helping out your mentor.
Blog Intro Post: How I got my WLE: October 26th
1. I got my internship through my mom because my mother knew this lady that had a school and she just told me to go with her so thats how i got my WLE.
2. I used communicate effectviely because I had to communicate to get my internship
3. My mentor is going to be lady her name is Vanessa Bulness. She had her own business. She is located right by my house. Im going to be working with children,teaching them lessons, and helping the other teacher. The same thing i was doing last time.

"Post 9 Description of my workplace"
My workplace is a preschool/ daycare it is set up just like school. In the school they have where they have all there toy, then there learning stuff, they have a place for the computer where they work on and learn new stuff. They have a table where they do art and crafts and puzzles. They also have another room where they can play dress up and house and they can have puppet shows. The children also have they own bathroom where's there a little stool for them to stand up and wash their hands and brush their teeth. Then when you go outside they have a little playground with a slide and stuff. They also have other things to do outside besides play. The children can read books, put puzzles together, play with play dough and other things. They also eat lunch outside. It's a small business only two people work there. What my workplace does is help children learn so they can move on in life. Only adults work there no teens can work there. Well only one have a 4-year degree and i don't know about the other lady that work there. My business is located in oakland, ca and its like a house but its a business.
